Required Basic Documentation

Basic Preliminary List of Documents to get you Pre-Approved for your home loan:

1. Photo or Copy of Driver License
2. Photo or Copy of Social Security Card
3. Photo of Copy of Resident Alien Card (Front and Back) - If applicable
4. One month of current or most recent Pay Stubs
5. Copy of W-2's for 2022, 2023, and 2024
6. Copy of the last 2 month of Current Bank Statements with all pages and no white-outs
7. Copy of Current 401K, IRA or Pension Statement with all pages - If applicable
8. Copy of Pension and/or Social Security Award Letter(s) - If Applicable
9. Copy of 1099's for 2022, 2023, and 2024
10. Copy of Divorce Decree - If applicable 
11. Copy of Bankruptcy Discharged Paper and Complete Bankruptcy papers- If a Bankruptcy was file in the last 7 years.
12. Copy of DD-214, if applying for a VA loan
13. Copy of Certificate of Eligibility, if applying for a VA loan
14. Employment History Letter indicating your employments for the last two years. Need name of employer, address, phone number, your position or title, date started and dated ended, name of your HR or Payroll person, and their email address and phone number.
15. If Self Employed, submit copies of your Federal Tax Returns for 2022, 2023, and 2024 with all schedules.
